  • The fabric is unused, unwashed, and unstitched.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Fabrics that have been cut, stitched, washed, or altered.
  • Customized dyeing, embroidery, or tailoring orders.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as final sale.
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:

  • Contact us immediately at info@velorafabrics.store with your order details and product photos.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on stock availability.
  • In such cases, Velora Fabrics will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Cash on Delivery adjustments, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa).

  • If the replacement fabric is unavailable, you may select another design or request a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged fabric).
